Shipping Update #2

Happy New Year, Slashers!

We just wanted to check in with an update from the team. Currently we have shipped over 50% off all backer rewards. As today is New Years, we are currently out of the studio, but shipping will continue tomorrow and into the week. We are hoping to have everything completed by the end of the week.

Until then, keep an eye out for those notifications and we hope your 2021 is off to a nice start.

Shipping Update #1

Hey Slashers,

Shipping began today. If your package is one of the packages that shipped today, you should have received an email notification. Shipping will continue through New Years, so please be patient.

If you're worried you haven't received an email, you can always check your Backerkit Account and it will tell you if your rewards have been Shipped. Click "View Confirmation" to view your confirmation and their should be a "Track Your Package" area with your tracking information.

If you don't have this area or it does not say Shipping, then your package is still being prepared. Again, we'll be shipping all week so you should see your shipping confirmation soon.

The Games Are Here!

Hey Slashers,

Happy to report the freight arrived to our warehouse yesterday and we've been able to get everything organized and ready for packing and shipping.

Packing and shipping should begin on Monday and will proceed through the next couple weeks. Please be aware, due to carrier delays, packages are taking much longer to reach their destinations, so please be patient.

But the good news, everything has arrived! We can't wait to get these in your hands. Happy Holidays, Slashers!

The Boat Has Landed

Hey Slashers,

We heard from the shipping company yesterday (Friday) that our freight arrived safe and sound to the port. Our freight is supposed to be cleared either early this week or right after Christmas and then it should make it's way to us within 2 days after that. We'll send out our next update once the expansions have arrived to our warehouse and packing has begun.

In the meantime, we've already begun organizing TOADS Packs and any other add-ons people added to their orders so we're ready to get things moving once the games arrive.

If our next update isn't until after Christmas, everyone have a wonderful and safe holiday.

Boat Status, Locking Addresses, and Preparing for Fulfillment

Hey Slashers,

A couple backers had asked if any status concerning the boat had changed so we thought we'd check in. 

Status of Boat

Not much has changed (games are on the boat currently heading to us). But, we actually just received an e-mail from the shipping company that the boat would be docking in Baltimore around December 17th (a little after the original ETA from our manufacturer). With it arriving then, we probably would not be receiving the games at the warehouse until a week or week and a half after that, as anything coming through the port must go through customs first, before they are released.

This actually works out for the best in concerns to shipping right now. If you've ordered something online, you've probably noticed a lot of delays with carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the USPS due to COVID and holiday shipping causing the highest volumes of packages ever being shipped right now. We definitely do not want to be sending any Kickstarter packages during these next two weeks (f*** that craziness).

But, once the games are received (after Christmas) fulfillment will begin shortly after.

Locking Addresses

With us receiving the games after Christmas. Right after this update we will be sending (or have already sent) to all backers a final reminder notice from BackerKit to make any last minute changes to their shipping addresses. (if needed). If your address is fine, you're good to go. But, in the next 48 hours, we will be locking these address so we can prepare for fulfillment.
