One Week Left for Surveys / BackerKit

Currently 87% of the surveys have been completed by Backers. For those who have not completed your surveys, you have one week left(surveys lock on June 26th).
What Happens If I Don't Complete My Survey by Next Week?
The following will be issues for those who have no completed their surveys by next week:
You will not be allowed to add any add-ons to your order
Your name will not be included in the rulebook (if this is part of your rewards)
You will not be able to provide a size for your shirt, and therefore will receive whatever we have (if this is part of your rewards)
Your order may ship late or incur additional charges because it does not ship with the rest of the orders

We're currently sitting at 63% complete in terms of surveys which is awesome for them only being available for less than a week. We've had a few questions from a couple backers, so we've compiled this e-mail concerning add-ons, credit card charges, and important dates...
Can't Find My Survey
If your survey hasn't arrived in your Inbox (for whatever reason), you can use this link to recover it. Just enter the email you used for Kickstarter: SURVEY LINK
Credit Card Charges
We've had a few people write thinking their card has been charged, or been charged twice. If you're using a Credit Card, your card will not be charged until July 1st. If you make changes, the system just sends you an e-mail confirmation showing those changes. It isn't an actual invoice or receipt, just a confirmation. We will send another update when Surveys close (June 26th) and when we charge credit cards (July 1st).
If you are using PayPal, you are charged immediately. If you add anything additional, you'll only be charged for those additions or changes, nothing else.
Shipping / Add-Ons
We've had a few people write us saying their credit for their add-on isn't working. What's really happening is when you're going to confirm you're seeing the shipping charges for all your rewards. As noted during Kickstarter, shipping is the only thing we did not charge during Kickstarter as it is weight based, so we had to wait until we did surveys to charge it. So any additional costs you're seeing when you go to check out are either additional add-ons you added to your order, or your shipping.
Since a few folks have asked, here are the important dates to remember (one more time for the folks in the back):
Surveys Close (no more editing orders) - June 26th
Credit Cards Get Charged - July 1st
Estimated Fulfillment Date / Rewards Shipping - November 15th(this is an estimate)

Hey Slashers,
We have sent out our Smoke Test with success and are now ready to begin sending out everyone’s Backerkit Invites as well as opening up for Pre-Orders. This should begin shortly after you receive this update.
If by Monday morning you have not received your survey, please check your Junk / Spam folder. If it's not in there, please use our support form below to request your link and we will personally send it to you.
We have a couple of important reminders to note in concerns to Backerkit surveys:
Failed Card Charges
If your card failed to get charged through Kickstarter, you will have a balance via BackerKit. You are able to apply a new credit card to it or pay by PayPal when checking out.
Important Dates
June 5th - BackerKit Invites are sent out and Pre-Orders open
June 26th - BackerKit Surveys will close (addresses will still be able to be changed)
July 1st - Credit Cards will be charged for shipping and additional items. NOTE: If you are paying via PayPal - you will be charged immediately upon making your order.

We highly recommend you read this update in it's entirety as it will concern the Pledge Manager Process...
Smoke Test
We will be sending out a Smoke Test tonight. This sends the survey to 5% of our backers in each pledge level to help us 100% confirm the pledge manager is working properly. Once the Smoke Test is over, we will send out surveys to everyone (probably end of day tomorrow, Friday, June 5th).
If you do not receive your survey by Monday, please first check your Junk / Spam folder as sometimes these e-mails tend to go there when first sent.
Surveys: What To Expect
If you are new to Kickstarter / BackerKit, when you receive your survey, it will contain a link/button that will take you to BackerKit and allow you to manage your pledge.
1) Confirm Your Pledge
To start with, we will use this example of a backer who backed the T.O.A.D.S. Membership. You'll be brought to this welcome screen. Click GET STARTED and you'll be taken to the questions area.

2) Questions
Most pledges will not have questions, BUT if you backed the T.O.A.D.S. Membership or switch your pledge level to it, you'll be asked for your shirt size and the name you want included the rulebook...

3) Add-Ons
NOTE: If you added additional funds to your pledge for the REVENGE Pack or KS Supply Card, those funds will show as credit. Use it to add those items to your pledge.You will not be charged additional.
Otherwise, if you want additional products, use this area to add any products you wish to your order.

4) Shipping
Use this area to provide your shipping address. DO NOT WORRY. If you end up needing to change your address, you'll have up until 2 weeks before rewards ship to change the address, if needed.

5) Confirm Your Order
Finally, now that you've confirmed your pledge, added any add-ons, and provided your shipping address, you'll use this area to pay for shipping and any additional items not paid for during Kickstarter. You have the option of adding your credit card which will be charged at the date below, or paying immediately with PayPal.
You will have until June 26th to complete your survey. After that, your order will be locked and no additional add-ons or item changes can be made. This is necessary to confirm quantities and sizes and properly place our order to the manufacturers.
If you provide a credit card, your card will be charged July 1st.

The Smoke Test should occur not too long after this update is released. We'll then send out all surveys towards the end of the day tomorrow (Friday), and post another quick update to let everyone know surveys have been sent.
