Hey Slashers!

The factory alerted us a week ago that all our products had shipped, but were waiting on the documentation from the ship to give us a more exact timeline for arrival before providing an update.

The factory says that they should arrive to the dock between December 8th and December 13th.

Usual time for clearance and delivery to our warehouse is generally 7 days, meaning we should have everything in hand by December 20th.

Like a lot of Kickstarters are learning this year, COVID has delayed everything in terms of production and shipping. Our plan is to get shipping moving as soon as we receive our products, but as this is will be during holiday season, shipping will probably have to restart after the holidays and into the new year.

Once everything arrives and shipping begins, we will send another update.

MPC Copy Received & Approved

Hey Slashers,

This update was supposed to post a week ago, but for some reason did not. So let's try this again.

We received the MPC copy of the INVASION EXPANSION and the REVENGE PACK and everything looks awesome! We've sent approval to the manufacturer to begin packing up all the games. This also means mass production is complete!

As we wait for word concerning shipping we thought we'd share some shots of the expansion and pieces to hold you over until we have shipping confirmation from the factory. See below:

Quick Update - Estimated MPC Arrival

Hey Slashers,

Checking in with a quick update from our manufacturer, Panda Games. They've let us know we should receive the MPC copies (final manufactured copies) of Invasion and the Revenge Pack around October 12th which means full production should be complete by the end of October. In terms of our schedule, that means fulfillment would probably not begin until the beginning of December unfortunately. We've requested for things to go faster if possible, and they're working on it, but we're also aware with COVID, slow down has occurred across the manufacturing industry due to receiving production supplies at a slower pace with shipping. Still, with the slight delay, we're still looking at a 2020 release.

We'll have more information and previews once the MPCs arrive.

In other news, Mixtape Madness is this coming Saturday, September 26th at 9PM EST. More information can be found here. We hope to see and hear from you :)

PPCs Approved!

Slashers!

Wanted to check in with this quick update. As you know this weekend we received the PPCs for the Invasion Expansion and Revenge Pack. After meetings this morning and reviewing all the components, besides a few quick fixes the PPCs look fantastic.

We've provided our notes to the manufacturer as well as a couple updated files and now we're ready for the next phase. So... PPCs are approved and we're moving into Mass Production. Really excited with how fast post-Kickstarter process has been going and looking forward to seeing the final mass production copy arrive in our hands for approval. GET PUMPED, SLASHERS!

PPC, Credit Cards, and Mixtape Madness

Slashers!

Right before we left for the weekend we received the PPC Copy of the INVASION EXPANSION and the REVENGE PACK.

Unfortunately, as we just received it, we only got a quick glance at it before the weekend started, BUT, so far, everything is looking GREAT.

We'll be reviewing both items on Monday as a team, and then (fingers crossed) 🤞 , we'll be sending it off for mass production. This is great news as we're currently making great time. More to come on Monday/Tuesday once we've reviewed everything in detail.

Credit Card Charges

A quick note. As most of you know, we charged credit cards were charged in July (unless you paid with PayPal, and in that case you were charged immediately). We just want to note, if you receive your statement and it says you received charge from BRIGHT LIGHT MEDIA... that is us. We've had 2 people reach out to their banks claiming it was fraud, which for a small business like us, is not a fun thing to have to deal with, so please if you see charges either from BackerKit or Bright Light Media, that was for your INVASION Expansion, Revenge Pack, or anything else you ordered during the Kickstarter.
